What Are the Characteristics of Top Tier Leaders?

Cary: Scott miller, Stanley mc cristal. What are some common characteristics of top tier leaders that you've seen? Scott: I think there's two things that i recognize that is a commonality amongst everyone on the podcast and leaders that i admire. One is they have an abundant mind set. They all share this idea of living their lifes through an abundance mentality. Another one is that they have an indefatigable work ethic.
