A provision of the amendment says that members of congress who have sworn to support the constitution can't serve as representative or senators if they shall engaged in insurrection or rebellion. Green's lawyer, james bop junior sai, the congreswoman, would appear at friday's hearing. Marjorie taylor green testified she called for peaceful test.
