How I Got Into Drawing and Painting Airplanes

Bob Greene: I have a lot of World War II involvement on one side of my family. He says he was in this airplane fixation mode and thought, you know, let's try drawing and painting these two. And the next thing he knew he had collectors saying, could you paint this airplane for me? It got so niche that you get into people who are so ultra picky about every little thing,. Some of these collectors were too exact with their artwork. But still hear from people all the time, especially with the Civil Air Patrol one they still ask for prints.
