I Think It's a Step Forward to Create

There's a misalignment between the production function of ph ds, where we tend to have an over supply in the humanities and the social sciences. And so there's a hot job market for them in stem disciplines, because they have a lot of alternatives to academia. But still, a clinical professor is a clinical professor of whatever art, is still going to be a better life style and probably better experience for the student than an adjunct.
