When I'm competing like the USA Memory Championship, it's straight up money ball. So when your goal is specifically to grow in a specific discipline, you got to really write those things down and keep track of as much as you can. One thing I wanted to do, and I hadn't found a great way to implement it, is the speed of recall when actually doing the event. And then two days later, I don't know if I did it in 35 seconds or not. But if I was doing it in 600 to 699, maybe there's a big chunk of numbers that I would be pausing on longer than usual for practice. That kind of helps me with my memory
