How to Make a Decision to Quit
If we are only looking at it as a binary decision, this is or high that we are going to make a not so great decision for ourselves. What if you had more than two choices? Could you take two weeks vacation and pretend that you've quit to test if it's the right decision? Or even just taking a day off,. We had a client recently who did this, I asked her for having this conversation about whether she should quit or not. It may not take substantial time to determine that. Some people might know right away as well. You might even feel more confident in your decision by doing it. And the people in your life will thank you. Absolutely.
