What Makes a Beautiful Runner?
Running is all about restraint, even especially at the alete level. You can't be obsessive or a perfectionist and succeed as a runner. I've kind of stumbled into most of the things i've been doing. Im i much prefer simply to be open to opportunity then to plan my path. Think that's a better for me anyway. The last mile reminds me of laird hamilton, the surfer, and the isa gae was trying to teach me a lot of patience.
