How to Separate Out Your Enner Critic
Naming the voice has been really significant for me. It's helped me come against the things that she says, rather than adopt them as my own. My ener critic sounds like me, like my actual voice. And often what i consider as thinking is actually just my ennercritic talking. I noticed that when i'm accessing more for behaviour, my inner critic is quiet.
