Shin Splints: A Mystery?
Lucas: We have a question from Edward on Instagram about shin splints. He asks if Lucas knows any stretches that can help him get back to trail running quickly. Usually it's a soft tissue injury and very often it's muscles like your anterior tibialis or other muscles, other small muscles or connective tissues being tendons on the front side of your leg. Injury rate is something like 80% per runner per year.
