Sher new york has been a beneficiary among the people that i know in terms of attracting start up talent for sher. Because people want to live their period, and so therefore that's where the companies start to grow. I think that location, other than the ability for someone who physically doesn't live in the united states and would have a very difficult time getting a card to get into here, i think it's going to be a net positive for them. And i also think the idea of the old style c v is going to change rather dramatically.
