I hope my article didn't come across being critical of Dan. He wrote it in such a way that it was really simple to follow, which was the why I got why I gained so much traction. Most people thought, well, I like this concept. I'm just going to implement it as he's written it. But if you approach it like that, you have done maximum aerobic speed, the concept and the training tool, a massive disservice. So hopefully we can slowly change the perception that around MAS in its application. And I'll talk about how I use tempo later in the podcast, and it's an awesome tool to use.
