Marilyn Hayes was found dead in her home with a gunshot wound to the head. Husband Sam had been having affairs while she was pregnant, but said he didn't intend to leave her. Prosecution called on medical examiner who performed autopsy for evidence of murder weapon. The defense also cited lack of evidence against them as reason not guilty.
