The Benefits of Working From Home
A lot of my work has been office-based with some flexibility working from home. I haven't worked in a technology company that has lots of cool office spaces where you can sit in a pod and eat bananas while you work on a report. A lot of the time, it's because maybe they have a big piece of work to do. They need to focus. It can be so distracting being in an office sometimes. So personally, I think working from home is a good thing.
