In the sick kind of hypovolemic guy, his urine sodium is going to be low because he's trying to reclaim all of that because he's poorly perfused. And the malnourished person, they just don't have any sodium to reclaim, right? Like they just, you know, drink a 30 rack of bush every day and there's no sodium in that. So if they don't take any ausums in, normally it's 1,200 plus ausum intake per day for a normal person. If they're only taking in 300, right, and they make two liters of urine, right? Their ausum is going tobe pretty low
