The Impossibility of Designing a Fire and Smoke Suspension System
The people who were supposed to do insulation on the pipes, they were busy doing it in people's houses. A fire and smoke suppression system that was designed to pump smoke down below the floor of the building never worked. The engineer who designed the system was an actual engineer. He can draw up technical diagrams and drop plans but he can't develop them himself.
