Having a Monorape in Python?

If you are using a monitor, if you want to have your code in a monorape, I guess you would need some sort of tooling or ideas about how to separate your code into separate artifacts that don't have the entire code base in its package. Only the code that is actually needed for this artifact. So I guess that's part of the challenge having amonorape. Do you have any experience with doing it? Do you know one way or another? Any preference?
