The F3 key has a bunch of little rectangles that are supposed to look like windows. You don't have to memorize this, just literally look down at your keyboard and look for the key. Switch Glass provides a little dinky app switcher that comes up when you add or exclude applications. It's exhilarating to be a good Mac developer even in my super busy days.
