Game Developers Preview - Is This Really a Realm or a Virtual Reality War Game?
Every single match plays out in exactly the same way. The game doesn't really have that sort of rpg gameplay loop where it's like okay well i'm going to get gear upgrades from doing this repetitive task or you know something fresh or interesting or new will happen. There are a lot of systemic issues with the design decisions they've made, including class balance which is all over the place and combat isn't good. We haven't received one of the gameplay modes so we're not sure if there'll be a campaign. It does seem like there is going to be some kind of story for it but I don't know how long it could run through the beta.
