The Importance of Education in the Obesity Epidemic

The risks seem to be minimal other than GI adverse events, maybe some a little bit of nausea. And so my question for these people that are so upset about it is like, what do you, what's your suggestion? I just tweeted out exercise or a nutrition education alone will never, ever, ever solve the obesity epidemic.
