The Importance of Disarming Yourself of AI
A lot of people assume that the future war will be shifted fundamentally from the realm of uncertainty into the realm of certainty. I think actually this technology will actually be to a higher degree of uncertainty because of the ability to inject bad information, contradictory information and deep fakes. So if we disarm ourselves, good luck to us. There is going to be a race. And no one really knows what's going to end.
