Are We Going to Have a Web to Style Regulation?
This is good for the creator class that we are so concerned with here an in this space, because it gives them instruments to protect themselves from people trying to profit off of their work. But if you're talking about something that is first and foremost about the visual and not about the smart contract code, i just don't buy that. I am imn i think these are areas that the space will benefit from some more web to style regulation. It does not infringe upon centralization on any of the ways that it really fundamentally matters. This is one that makes us fascinating is that we have, for the first time, art that the owners have some commercial rights in.
