HRV is a measurement of the variation Over time that you have so basically if it fluctuates a lot, it'll be a high number. If your body is failing that autonomic nervous system is not able to operate as a result You know that would drop and that's how that's used by medical professionals. There's an aspirational State with HRV in the sense that we're ready to train or when we're ready for training.
