Are You Hiring Women in Quant Investing?
By the time someone can join a quant investing, they will have had to do A levels and have done a degree. And for us to then hire, we unfortunately do have to wait quite a bit for the influence at grassroots to catch up. We also have partnerships with She Can Code, which is a women tech support hub that grew out of a blog. It has loads of tools and resources for women in tech and want to transition into tech. They focus on early engagement with sixth form and university students. So we pledge to have a couple of interns that come through there.We're also a part of the of games, girls, our investors, which is charity set up by investment professionals
