Bodybuilders and strength athletes might go about monitoring their nutrition in many different ways. There are people who are militant about their 100 supplements down to the milligram. And then there's the intuitive eater who doesn't do too much tracking at all. But I guess I'll say listens to their body. Where you fit on this spectrum these days? Probably closer to the person who is not tracking.
