Gabeclitepe was built 12 thousand years ago by proto farmers. Stone mason made replica of a 30 leter stone vat from gabecl pe in 20 19. Team successfully cooked porridge using heated stones, and brewed aneolithic beer with hand ground germinated grain or malt. Diatrix says people at gabeclytepe knew what they were doing and what could be done with cereals.
