There's a bit of a Venn diagram of like what the employee wants to do, what the company needs them to do and trying to find that sweet spot in the middle where both are happening. Another piece of this is making sure that there's good growth, like people, you know, want to eventually go, learn more things, grow as a person. Learning about people's values can be really helpful because not everybody's built the same. Making kind of like a manager cabal system so that there's other managers that you can kind of lean on and sound board off of could be really helpful.
