I do think there is a very strong case that could be made for finding vladimir puton criminally liable for war crimes in ukraine through the international criminal court. I agree with philipp in terms of the diagnosis of the problem with respect to the us and concerns about it reverberating back to the united states. In terms of the trade offc i don't think that there's as much of an appetite in anynational community or there would be legitimacy for a tribunal that would focus on something in the past, in term of the aroc conflict itself.
