What's the Silver Lining?
A lot of conventional wisdom has been disrupted by the past five years or so, right? And that's I think the silver lining is here in multiple ways. So I have some, yeah, there's a pessimistic story in my paper and book in a lot of ways. But I think there are some key openings. It turns out it was not the institutions that had the US performing well.
