Milton: I look for people who can balance their portfolio in the same way that you would manage your four o, one k. If some one fails on a lot of small bets, but the one that they land is enormous, he asks. Milton: Then i probably am pretty forgiving. Is it revenue? Maybe. But i would wonder about what happened with all these small bets if we did things that eroded customer trust,. Or fragmented product strategy or took our product down a path that were not going down any more.
