The Thing With Cardio Is That You're Not Training Your Legs

For months I couldn't do anything with my legs so pretty much 90 percent 80 percent of the exercises they were having people on the sidelines who were injured do I can't do. By neglecting training your lower body you're missing out on a majority of the metabolic benefit from lifting and if you're not doing cardio. If you train your your cardio at close to max capacity it doesn't need to be long right but it does need to be close tomax capacity. Their hunger gets regulated better so it's a lot easier to eat the right amount.
