Building a Team Is Easier
I love to talk about the sort of, you know, founding story a little bit. I think the third company is completely different from first 20. It's like everybody agrees with what you say. Everybody wants to invest. Nobody will challenge you. And so you can make that big mistakes because you're not challenged enough. So yeah, building the team is much easier. But it's also easy to pick your team from this huge pool of people who have been working with before.
