The Importance of Ship Cover in USPS
Bob Greene: Ship cover in USPS are two separate businesses, and their shipment insurances are not contingent on each other. According to anecdotal evidence that I hear from sellers, it's a lot easier to get a premium paid from ship cover than it is from USPS. He says most sellers opt to use ship cover for the full amount because it's faster and more efficient. And sellers feel it's not usually worth the hassle to file for the USPS coverage.
