Even our ancestors ate meat. You would eat cartilage naturally, and then if you could cook, which happened a long, long time ago for humans, you would boil stuff and get collegen. So in that sense, it's natural. Natural is not always good. But it is a good turistic to think about. And smoothies are healthy. I don't think juicing is eearily great idea, but smoothies, it's easy. Most of the time it might even out. If you make smoothies, then try adding some calgon for bit and see if it doesnye. i think the experimentation gelement is defy the anam, deflion.
