O'Er the Land of the Brave
"O'er the land of the brave?" is a song by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan. The tune was written in response to President George H.W. Bush's invasion of Iraq, which began on September 11, 2003. It features lyrics such as: "I've been through hell and back... but I'm not ready for war." And it also includes several lines that refer to Nazi Germany during World War II - including one about how Hitler killed millions with mustard gas. For more information visit www.samaritans.org.
