How to Update Data for Better Patient Care
In a research context, the biggest thing that is occupying people's minds is how to ensure that a data set can be kept up to date if you're using it for research. You want incremental updates on a monthly quarterly basis so that you track how these patients' health situations evolve over time. It's not uncommon in a busy clinical environment for data entry errors to be made or for something to be changed because fresh insights means the diagnosis you thought was true has now been replaced by a fresh diagnosis.
