The only gap between the two is that understanding of financial inclusion. If we injected the ability to train people in rural India, make them aware of what money can do for them, they'd be as ambitious as anyone in the city. The psychology for which these people come here are not have a better life. They don't want to move back because they can walk on your party beach or Juhu beach and have this thing. I left my village for better prospects. I can't go with my tail between my legs. And therefore, for us to succeed on reverse migration, we created such aspirational jobs with them there.
