How to Form Habits in the Morning
In the morning, if you can find some quiet time, even if it's 20 minutes, schedulein those daily habits. Your focus needs to be that two minutes to make it easy as possible. If you miss a day, just double the time the next day. But don't miss a habit for two days. And then my final point i want to say is, use the words i get to in your habits, because that starts creating this empowering sense of you've got an opportunity to do something,. rather than having to force yourself to do something.
