The Language of Therapy - Self Awareness
The vast majority of us go to our graves without knowing who we are. We unconsciously live somebody else's life, or at least someone else's expectations for us. This does violence to ourselves, our relationship with god, and ultimately to others. When i go on the journey of self discovery, a good bit of what i discover about myself is brokenness, not just beauty,. It's a both. And like i am a snowflake, i sin in all sorts of ways that are creative and, well, we've never thought of that one before.
