I think slumps or a myth. I mean that they're just- Yeah. The moment that your sales coach tells you that your mindset's the problem, just run away screaming because- That means what they're training you doesn't really work that well. If you don't know how to get that prospect to lower their guard and emotionally open up, that is your skill level that determines that has nothing to do with your mindset, period. So let's go to the second thing about false. What? False something? Was the second thing? Some technique? Oh, like a false dichotomy. What was- I don't even know what that means.
