What a Meme Is, Really?
The 11th US Army Hospital train operating in the European Theatre from August 1944. It crashed in April 1945, killing five crew and seriously injuring 14 more. The most detailed description of the crash that I could find came from a man called William W. Hay who later in life became an occultist. He'd served on the 11th hospital train as engineer and there was a lot he had to say about it. But even that pales to insignificance compared to what I saw in the infirmary at Amritsar.
