The Bidding Process Is Different From State to State
Michigan was one of these states that was really shut down. They just did everything on line only, and they didn't have any live part of the auction. And it was very competitive because of the scarcity of houses on the market last year. So i'm anxious to see what happens there this year. I do not recommend thei don't think it as good for the anvestor. Every state's different.
