Job seekers hope to get on the yes pile by doing this. And recruiters get frustrated by this. Some people who practise these assessments do get an edge over others because they know what to expect now. But it's not because they have practice and practice to work out how to get the high score like an ividio game, because that is not how these assessments work. These games are trying to assess your personality and to win. If you have similar personality traits, you advance to the next round in the hiring process. No one knows what those trait are.
