The Importance of Having Enough Money
I don't even have to grow this money and we can maintain the same standard of living. I actually try to get us to waste all of our rent income because I'm not a good waster of money. Just the fact that it's not being replenished at the tops for some people, I think, is a psychological little shoe in there or rocking their shoe, so to speak. There's something psychological about not having new money come in and you know you're spending. Even if you do sell, you have a lump song, you're retired, even though it can generate cash.
