The Best Ways to Be Healthy

Being healthy is kind of a consortium of things, and i think we exceed that mark. You can't be healthy unless you're physically fit and you have reasonably muscle strength. A lot of people who were relatively active, who went because they had some chronic problems and was so scared to die of covert are disabled by being locked in their house. And i think that's really sadand think people are really talking about that. I enjoy when we have very scientific individuals on the podcast that always do still take it back to human connection.
