I would want it to be open much more to competition. You have bellway bandits that figure out how to game the system. The turnover of the industry, when you look at the number of players, there's another chart that shows the condensation of hundreds of companies down to effectively 4, 5 or 6. And so I think it's time for really cutting edge motivated people.
