A passive problem is not something that's actively hindering someone to using the report at all, but more likely than not, they're not using it to its potential. A passive problem is baselyof someone going to a reportr with a lot of information on it and being overwhelmed. So i'll call that a passive problem. How to identify passive problems in a report?
