Doing Compulsions With Prayer
i would either go to church, but i would feel just like this dark, empty shel when i go. Or i would ju stop going, cause sometimes if i would read something, or i'd see something, and i think in the hevinly father's giving me hope that maybe i havn't done this. And so then i would start do in compulsions. Thend my anxiety would get really bad, andn i couldn't take it any more. Eventually i'd just give up. And then i would stop trying. But actually it only went away cause i stopped doing compulsions. I started gettingtin just, i feel like signs lhike haveling father
