The courts are, I think, our best hope. But the problem is that they grind so slow. How do you expect a judge to be pro-crypto when it's such a new mental model? For them to understand what crypto is to rule in a positive way, that's tough. Just because it's a new technological backdrop, it doesn't mean that they haven't seen these problems before. And I'm not sure we're doing anything sufficiently novel that it's impossible for a court to understand.
