The Differences in Consumer Expenditure Behaviors
We're not all spending money on the same categories as we all are. Some categories have a higher price point pressures than other categories do. The third aspect of it is, we are changing our consumer expenditure patterns every day. It's not static. We cannot believe that the pressures that councils have been facing under the last 18 months or so, 24 months, has not altered the way we spent our money.
