How to Audition for an Anime Role
There's like two stages. There's tape audition and there's a studio audition. Tape audition is where you just send your voice into the people who make the anime. And stage audition is when you actually go in front of all the directors, if that makes sense. How many people will be there? It depends on the anime. But sometimes it's only 25, 20, like 5, 10, 20. Only 20? Yeah. Sometimes there's more. They never hold open auditions. When they're dubbed, they have to dubbed pretty fast. So yeah, it's really nerve-wracking. Wow. That's so different from how to do it in the English anime.
